I just successfully submitted my project blindhire for Zama’s hackathon.
BlindHire is a confidential freelance marketplace built on Ethereum Sepolia using Zama’s Fully Homomorphic Encryption. The core problem it solves is budget manipulation on traditional freelance platforms — when budgets are public, freelancers inflate bids and undercut each other. BlindHire encrypts client budgets and freelancer bids on-chain using euint64 FHE types, so nobody sees the numbers — not even validators. The result is a merit-based hiring process where selection happens purely on skill and fit, not price gaming. Built with FHEVM smart contracts, Zama React SDK, Vite, React, wagmi, and RainbowKit.
