Coveil is an on-chain compatibility protocol built for DAOs using Fully Homomorphic Encryption. Both parties submit encrypted financial profiles — treasury size, minimum requirements, risk score — directly from the browser. The CoveilMatcher smart contract computes compatibility on encrypted data without ever decrypting it. If the score hits 80 or above, both parties unlock. Nothing else is revealed.
