We’re excited to share CipherOps, our submission for the Zama Developer Program Builder Track.
After spending the last several weeks building with the Zama Protocol, we kept asking ourselves one question:
What would real business operations look like if confidentiality were a native capability of public blockchains?
That question became CipherOps.
Instead of demonstrating isolated FHE features, we wanted to build a complete platform where confidential workflows naturally connect together.
What is CipherOps?
CipherOps is a confidential business operations platform powered by Zama FHE.
It combines multiple confidential workflows into one composable application:
- Confidential Asset Registry
- Asset Wrapping / Unwrapping
- Private Reveal
- Confidential Operations Studio
- Confidential Airdrop
- Confidential Vesting
Rather than treating each feature as a separate demo, every module is designed to work together as part of one business workflow.

Our goal was to demonstrate what Composable Privacy looks like in practice.
Why build this?
Many organizations want to use public blockchains but cannot expose information such as:
- employee salaries
- investor allocations
- contractor payments
- customer rewards
- vesting schedules
- confidential business assets
CipherOps demonstrates how these workflows can remain verifiable on-chain while sensitive information stays encrypted using the Zama Protocol.
Runway
One feature we’re especially excited about is Runway.
Instead of teaching confidential computing through documentation alone, we built an interactive startup simulation.
Players progress through the story by completing real Sepolia transactions using CipherOps.
Each mission requires interacting with actual confidential workflows, verifying transaction hashes, and learning how the platform works through hands-on experience rather than tutorials.

What’s Next
CipherOps is just the beginning.
Over the coming months, we plan to evolve it into a complete confidential business platform.
Our roadmap includes:

- Confidential governance and approval workflows
- Private invoicing and treasury management
- Confidential subscription and recurring payment systems
- Cross-application confidential asset interoperability
- Mainnet deployment and production-ready infrastructure
- Expanded Runway episodes covering complete startup and enterprise scenarios
- SDKs and APIs to help developers integrate confidential business workflows into their own applications
Our long-term vision is simple:
Make confidential business operations as easy to build as traditional Web2 applications, while preserving the transparency and trust of public blockchains through Zama FHE.
